Custom Team Kit Manufacturer

A jersey and short count as one piece against the 30-piece minimum, so thirty sets kits out thirty players — not fifteen.

  • From 30 sets
  • For clubs, schools & academies
  • Youth to 5XL in one order
  • Bulk in 3–4 weeks

Wearable Apparels makes complete custom team kits in Sialkot, Pakistan — jersey, short, warm-up layer and travel top in one club colour, across a roster that runs from a nine-year-old to a coach. A jersey and its short count as one piece against the 30-piece minimum, so thirty sets kit out thirty players. Numbering follows the rule your league actually plays under, and a sample is in your hands in about 7 days.

Just share your idea. We review it and propose next steps within 24 hours.

  • A set counts as one pieceJersey and short together count once against the 30-piece minimum, so a thirty-set order clothes thirty players rather than fifteen.
  • One club colour across four clothsA jersey knit, a short poly and a fleece warm-up each take dye differently. Where the shared colour has to be exact, dyeing them to one colour rather than matching each is the larger-run option, and we say so before any of them is cut.
  • Numbered to your league’s ruleSend us the competition you play in and the numbers are set to its specification before you approve the sample, not after a referee objects.
  • Bagged by name and numberThe order arrives sorted per player, so handing out kit at training is not an evening of sorting boxes.

From 30 sets. At least six per colour — one full size run — so up to five colours fit in a 30-set order. A jersey and short together count as one piece against that minimum. You start with a single sample and approve it before committing. Names and numbers do not raise the minimum. Shorter runs are taken case by case, and on those payment is two stages instead of three.

A soccer shirt has to move without flapping, which is knit weight set against body width. Send us a kit you like and we match the fabric and the fit to it.

Fabric

Sublimation-ready polyester, mesh, interlock and terry

Sublimation-ready polyester
Polyester is the only common fibre that dye-sublimation works on. Under heat the disperse dye turns to gas and bonds inside the polymer itself, so the graphic becomes part of the fibre rather than a layer sitting on top of it. That is why a sublimated crest cannot crack or peel the way heat-applied vinyl does.
Birdseye and micro mesh
A knit with small open eyelets that moves air through the garment. Common on basketball jerseys and warm-weather kit.
Interlock
A double-knit with the same face on both sides. More body and less stretch than a single jersey knit, for a heavier, more premium hand.
Poly-spandex
Elastane added for four-way stretch and a closer fit, used where the garment needs to move with the body rather than over it.
Sideline fleece and French terry
Warm-up tops and travel layers, matched to the game kit off the same colour standard rather than eyeballed against a photograph.

There is no governing body anywhere that sets a required fabric weight for a football, soccer or basketball jersey. ASTM D3776 and ISO 3801 define how to measure grams per square metre; neither says what the number should be. Any supplier quoting you an industry-standard GSM for a jersey is quoting a convention, not a standard. What we will do instead is weigh a swatch off your bulk roll and photograph the reading next to the number your approved sample recorded, before anything is cut.

Numbers & names

Your league already decided this.

Football / soccer — FIFA Equipment Regulations 2025
Back shirt number 25–35 cm high for men and 20–35 cm for women, stroke width 2–5 cm. Front shirt and shorts numbers 10–15 cm high, stroke 1–3 cm. Player name in letters 5–7.5 cm high, above the number. The number must contrast sufficiently with the surrounding colour and be clearly legible. UEFA sets the same figures and adds that a number must stay legible from at least 50 metres, with number 1 reserved for the goalkeeper.
US high school basketball — NFHS
Front number at least 4 inches, back number at least 6 inches, stroke at least three-quarters of an inch on both. Legal numbers are 0, 1–5, 00, 10–15, 20–25, 30–35, 40–45 and 50–55 only, and a roster cannot carry both 0 and 00. A single solid colour, clearly contrasting with the jersey body.
US high school football — NFHS 2025
Front number at least 8 inches, back number 10 inches with a stroke of about 1.5 inches, the same colour and style front and back and clearly contrasting with the jersey. Numbers 0 to 99, and a number written with a leading zero such as 07 is illegal. NCAA football matches these heights almost exactly. NCAA basketball changed in 2023–24 and now permits any number from 0 or 00 through 99, so the old restricted list no longer applies there — check your current rulebook rather than an old kit.
The manufacturer’s logo is also capped
FIFA allows a maker’s mark of no more than 20 square centimetres on the chest, on each sleeve and on the shorts. NFHS and NCAA allow a single logo inside two and a quarter square inches. We do not put our name on your gear at all, in any size, so the allowance stays yours to spend on a sponsor.

The most common reason a kit gets sent back is not colour. It is a number that does not meet the competition’s specification. Send us the competition you play in and we set the artwork to its rule before you approve the sample.

Built for the roster

Numbered per player, the full size run, your colour on file

Per-piece names and numbers
Every piece a different name and number, at the same price, without raising the minimum.
The full size run
Youth through 5XL in one order, against your minimum. A roster is never one size.
Your colour standard on file
Colour standard, fabric spec, trims and print files stay with us on file. If a mill, fabric or line ever changes, you are told first and approve a re-sample.
Individual handout packing
Bagged by name or number, so a kit handout does not become a sorting job.
Your mark only
We do not put our logo on your gear. Only yours.

Decoration

Sublimated crest, embroidery, badges and tackle-twill

Sublimated crest, names and numbers
Dyed into the fibre, edge to edge, on poly kit. Cannot crack or peel.
Embroidered crest
A stitched club badge where a raised, premium look is wanted.
Heat-applied competition badges
League and cup marks applied clean on the sleeve.
Tackle-twill numbers
Stitched-on twill where a traditional raised number is the look.

Sublimation ink sits inside the fibre rather than on top of it, so the colour underneath shows through. On a black or navy shirt the base colour swamps the artwork. A dark kit is therefore printed full-panel, or decorated with screen print or heat-applied graphics on a dark base. We tell you which applies before you sample, not after.

How do you know we're the factory and not a middleman?

You deal directly with the people who cut and sew your order — one floor in Sialkot, no agent between you and it. Before you commit, see the factory on a live video call: your camera, your questions, no script. Payment is staged 40/30/30 (50/50 on runs under 30 pieces) against proof at every stage, with a fix-or-hold remedy if something's off.
