Services
One floor takes it from idea to your door.
For the founder who wants one accountable partner, not five vendors emailing each other. You hand over a sketch; we hand back finished, folded, labelled cartons — and you talk to the people cutting them the whole way.
You sign off the sample on a live video call — in about 7 days — before any bulk deposit.
What this covers
What full-package actually means.
Nine jobs that would otherwise be nine suppliers, running in one building where one conversation changes any of them.
Knit or woven to your weight, dyed to your Pantone with a lab dip you approve before bulk.
Your fit drafted into a graded pattern and a measured spec sheet, kept on file for reorders.
A physical first piece in about 7 days — the thing you hold before you decide anything.
From 30 pieces per design. A tracksuit set counts as one piece.
Screen, DTF, sublimation, embroidery, puff, rhinestones and washes — in-house, not sublet.
Woven labels, hangtags, poly bags and boxes. Nothing of ours on the finished garment.
Every piece checked against the sample you approved before it gets packed.
Booked and tracked from our floor to your door, usually 4–7 days once it ships.
You message the floor, not a sales layer relaying to it. Quotes come back within 24 hours.
Sketch to spec
What you send becomes what the floor reads.
The translation is the service. You supply the intent; we supply the numbers that make it buildable.
Whatever shows the intent. No vocabulary required.
Every dimension, seam and tolerance written down and reviewed with you.
The spec proven by a real piece in about 7 days. That's the test.
How it works with you
How it works with you.
Five moves, and the third one is a full stop: nothing scales until you have seen the real piece and signed it off.
A sketch, a reference garment, a Pinterest board. We quote within 24 hours.
Fabric, fit and construction written down and agreed before we cut anything.
The finished piece is walked through with you on video, in about 7 days. Nothing bulk is cut until you approve it.
The sample gateSame lines, same sample. Photos and video at the production milestone.
Checked against your sample, labelled as yours, tracked to your door.
Questions founders ask
The honest answers.
Trade-offs included. If something here isn't covered, ask the floor directly.
Yes. A sketch, a photo, or a garment you already own is plenty. Building the tech pack from that is part of the job, not a prerequisite you have to bring.
Two ways, and the second one is an open invitation. Most brands review it with us remotely: we go through the finished piece in detail — seams, fit on the form, decoration placement, the inside — and send close-ups of anything you want to look at again. Whatever is off, you tell us and we re-sample. You are also welcome to come and check it in person. The floor is in Hajipura, Sialkot, and we will book the visit around your sample so there is something real to look at when you arrive. Either way, nothing bulk is cut and no bulk deposit is taken until you have signed it off.
We won’t promise a calendar date, because fabric and freight can move. The honest shape: sample in about 7 days, bulk 3–5 weeks after you approve it, shipping 4–7 days. We confirm the real window per order.
40% starts production, 30% at a mid milestone, 30% before it ships — and the sample is signed off before any of it. You are paying against checkpoints you can see, not fronting the whole run on trust.
Fabric, dyeing, pattern, sampling, sewing, all eight decoration methods, labelling, packing and freight are in this building. The point of full-package is that you don’t stitch vendors together — we do.
Price your run, or talk it through first.
Send a sketch or a reference garment for a quote within 24 hours — or book a call and walk the idea through with the floor.
