From 30 pieces per design, at least six per colour — one full size run — so up to five colours fit in a 30-piece order. You start with a single-piece sample and approve it before you commit. A set counts as one piece, never two.

The most-asked finish on a sweatshirt, and the fussiest: brushed fleece has loft, so a design digitised for a flat tee puckers on a crewneck. We re-digitise for the pile, back it correctly, and stitch your embroidered sweatshirt sample before any bulk runs. Left chest, full front, sleeve and back yoke.
Screen printing

How do you know we're the factory and not a middleman?
You deal directly with the people who cut and sew your order — one floor in Sialkot, no agent between you and it. Before you commit, see the factory on a live video call: your camera, your questions, no script. Payment is staged 40/30/30 (50/50 on runs under 30 pieces) against proof at every stage, with a fix-or-hold remedy if something's off.

Yes — embroidery is the finish most people want on a crewneck, and it is the one that most often goes wrong. Brushed fleece has loft, so a logo digitised for a flat t-shirt puckers and loses detail on a sweatshirt. We re-digitise for the pile, use the right backing, and stitch a physical sample you hold before any bulk runs. Left chest, full front, sleeve and back yoke are all standard.
That is the only way we work. Every order is a bulk run cut to your spec, from 30 pieces per style upward — there is no retail side and no single-unit shop. Unit price falls as the run grows, and we quote against a real spec rather than publishing a price list. If you want undecorated wholesale blanks rather than a decorated run, we make those too.
No, and it is worth saying plainly rather than wasting your time: our minimum is 30 pieces per style. We are a factory that cuts and sews to a brand's spec, not a gift shop. For a single personalised sweatshirt, a local print shop or an online personalisation service will serve you far better and far cheaper. If you are starting a label and 30 is the number you were hoping to hear, we are the right place.

A sweatshirt is the same fleece body without the hood — usually a ribbed crew collar. We build both on the same floor, in the same weights; pick the collar and we pattern the rest.
Brushed fleece is soft and warm inside; French terry is a smoother mid-weight loopback that layers year-round. We’ll sample both if you’re deciding.
From 30 pieces per design. There’s no hard minimum to start — we make single-piece samples first. Colours share the 30, at least six pieces per colour (one full size run).
Yes — same fabric lot, same rib, same wash. Send the hoodie or the spec and we cut the crewneck to match so a range hangs together.
No. We quote DDP — freight, duty, VAT and carrier fees are paid before the parcel lands, each on its own line. We re-check rates for every quote, and re-quote if duty law changes before dispatch.
About ±5% is normal mill variance. A 20–30% drop is a different roll, not variance. We weigh a swatch from your bulk roll and share the number beside your sample's before anything is cut.
If a mill, fabric or line ever changes between runs, you're told first and approve a re-sample before bulk.
