The colour on the hoodie is a screen preview. The shade you approve is the one on your sample. Screens lie to everyone. The colour is matched on the sample you approve before bulk — daylight photographs with your reference in the same frame, video as the fabric turns, or a live call. Your own Pantone can be matched in fabric we can source, or dyed to your colour from 100 pieces in one shade.

80/20 fleece
Premium
80% cotton, 20% polyester brushed fleece. Softer, holds a boxy shape. 300–350 GSM, or heavy 400–450.
French terry
Year-round
Unbrushed loopback terry, 65/35 or 80/20. Breathes and pills less. 240–320 GSM, or heavy 350–450.
Fabric
Brushed fleece in 65/35 or 80/20 cotton/polyester, or French terry loopback; 100% polyester for sublimation.
Weight
Fleece 300–450 GSM, French terry 240–450 GSM, each in a regular and a heavy weight. Other weights quoted on request.
Colour
Choose from almost 100 colours on our colour card — solids, marls and camo prints. Quote the shade number and we match it on the sample you approve before bulk.
Decoration
Screen print, DTF and DTG; sublimation on 100% polyester; rhinestones and acid wash.

How long does a custom order take, start to finish?
Send your idea, tech pack or a garment you own — a real person replies within 24 hours. Approve a single-piece sample in about 7 days; bulk runs 3–4 weeks after approval; DDP delivery lands in 4–7 days.
What actually sets your price?
Fabric & weight, construction, decoration, quantity and trims & private label set your price. Every quote is DDP — freight, duty and VAT itemised — and a real spec gets a reply within 24 hours.
How do you know we're the factory and not a middleman?
You deal directly with the people who cut and sew your order — one floor in Sialkot, no agent between you and it. Before you commit, see the factory on a live video call: your camera, your questions, no script. Payment is staged 40/30/30 (50/50 on runs under 30 pieces) against proof at every stage, with a fix-or-hold remedy if something's off.

320 GSM brushed fleece is the streetwear standard; 400–450 GSM reads heavyweight and premium, and is the weight most brands ask for by name. 500 GSM is available on request.
Yes — no branding of ours, ever. Ship with a bare neck, a tear-away, or your own woven or printed label. Hangtags and packaging are yours too.
Your pattern and fabric spec stay on our floor, so the measurements match. Colour across separate lots can shift, so you approve it on the sample again — we'll say so rather than hope.
Yes — oversized hoodies run on the same fleece and the same floor, and blank tees run alongside them. Each design counts toward its own minimum of 30.
No. We quote DDP — freight, duty, VAT and carrier fees are paid before the parcel lands, each on its own line. We re-check rates for every quote, and re-quote if duty law changes before dispatch.
About ±5% is normal mill variance. A 20–30% drop is a different roll, not variance. We weigh a swatch from your bulk roll and share the number beside your sample's before anything is cut.
