320 GSM brushed fleece — the streetwear standard. Tape and tooth size are specified against it so the placket lies flat.
Boxy oversized
400–450 GSM — structured drape that holds a boxy shape, with the zip specified to the heavier placket.
Statement heavyweight
450–500+ GSM — the weight is the selling point, and the point where tooth size stops being a detail.
Year-round layer
Mid-weight French terry — smooth loopback that layers under a jacket.
Trained-in builds
Moisture-wicking four-way stretch for performance zip-ups.

Split kangaroo, zip-secured or welt pockets that clear the front zip.
Ribbing
2×2 or 1×1 rib at cuff and hem, spandex-blended to hold its shape.
Seams & stitching
Coverstitch, flatlock or double-needle; bar-tacks at the zip and pocket.
Labels & tags
Woven, printed or embroidered labels — your hangtags and packaging, nothing of ours.
Decoration
Embroidery, screen print, DTF, sublimation and washes

Flat, 3D puff or chenille — crisp and durable on heavier fleece.
Screen printing
Plastisol or water-based; best for bold graphics on longer runs — placed to one side of the zip, because a screen cannot cross the teeth.
DTF
Full-colour transfers for detailed artwork on smaller quantities — the usual answer for a chest graphic that has to sit beside the placket.
Sublimation
All-over prints on poly bases — panels are printed before assembly, so the pattern runs to the placket edge rather than stopping short of it.
Puff printing
Raised ink for tactile logos and type — kept clear of the zip, where a raised print fights the closure.
Washes
Acid, stone or sun-fade for a broken-in hand — sampled with the hardware fitted, so you see how the zip ages with it.

How do you know we're the factory and not a middleman?
You deal directly with the people who cut and sew your order — one floor in Sialkot, no agent between you and it. Before you commit, see the factory on a live video call: your camera, your questions, no script. Payment is staged 40/30/30 (50/50 on runs under 30 pieces) against proof at every stage, with a fix-or-hold remedy if something's off.

YKK or an equivalent metal or moulded zip, in full or half length, with custom pullers and tonal or contrast tape. You approve the hardware on the sample before any bulk is cut.
Full-zip opens all the way for a layer-over piece; half or quarter zip keeps a pullover body with a funnel neck. We’ll sample either — the hood and pocket change with the choice.

From 30 pieces per design. There’s no hard minimum to start — we make a single-piece sample first. Colours share the 30, at least six pieces per colour (one full size run).
Yes — same fabric lot, same rib, same hood. Send the pullover or the spec and we build the zip-up to match so a range hangs together.
No. We quote DDP — freight, duty, VAT and carrier fees are paid before the parcel lands, each on its own line. We re-check rates for every quote, and re-quote if duty law changes before dispatch.
About ±5% is normal mill variance. A 20–30% drop is a different roll, not variance. We weigh a swatch from your bulk roll and share the number beside your sample's before anything is cut.
