From 30 pieces
For brands & teams
Made on our own floor
We help apparel brands take t-shirts and tee shirts from sample to production — yarn and fabric sourcing, cut-and-sew, and finishing on our own floor in Sialkot, for consistent quality run after run.
Just share your idea. We review it and propose next steps within 24 hours.
From 30 pieces per design — but you start with a single-piece sample and approve it before you commit. A set counts as one piece, never two.
Samples in about 7 days. Bulk production runs 3–4 weeks after you approve the sample. Worldwide shipping 4–7 days. Exact dates are quoted per order.
140–240+ GSM combed ring-spun cotton, plus long-staple, blended and pre-shrunk builds. Tell us the feel; the sample settles the number.
Silhouettes
Start with the fit.
Every silhouette below runs in any of the weights on the next section — fit is one decision, fabric is the next.

Send your idea, tech pack or a garment you own — a real person replies within 24 hours. Approve a single-piece sample in about 7 days; bulk runs 3–4 weeks after approval; DDP delivery lands in 4–7 days.
Fabric & weight, construction, decoration, quantity and trims & private label set your price. Every quote is DDP — freight, duty and VAT itemised — and a real spec gets a reply within 24 hours.
You deal directly with the people who cut and sew your order — one floor in Sialkot, no agent between you and it. Before you commit, see the factory on a live video call: your camera, your questions, no script. Payment is staged 40/30/30 against proof at every stage, with a fix-or-hold remedy if something's off.
140–180 GSM is a standard soft tee; 220–240+ GSM reads as heavyweight and premium. The sample, in about 7 days, settles the feel.
Combed ring-spun is smoother and stronger for printing; carded is more economical. We’ll sample both if you’re deciding.
We pre-shrink and bio-wash to control shrinkage, and spec the fit off the washed sample so bulk matches what you approve.
From 30 pieces per design. There’s no hard minimum to start — we make single-piece samples first.
No, and nobody cutting and sewing from scratch honestly does. Our minimum is 30 pieces per style, which is among the lowest real minimums in cut-and-sew — most factories start at 300. What you can order as a single piece is a sample: one tee made to your spec, about 7 days, quoted and paid separately, so you can hold it before committing to 30. Sites advertising “no minimum” are almost always printing on blanks someone else made, which is a different product.
Screen printing wins on bold graphics and bigger runs; DTG suits photographic detail and small runs. We match technique to your art and quantity.
No. We quote DDP: freight, duty, VAT and carrier fees are paid before the parcel lands, and each is shown as a separate line on your quote. Rates change, so we re-check them before every quote rather than publishing a number that goes stale. If destination duty law changes between quote and dispatch, we re-quote before shipping.
About ±5% is normal mill variance. A 20–30% drop is a different roll, not variance. We weigh a swatch from your bulk roll and share the number beside your sample's before anything is cut.
Your patterns, size spec, colour standard, fabric GSM, trims and print files stay on file for two years, and reorders are cut from that file. If a mill, fabric or line ever changes, you are told first and you approve a re-sample before bulk.
