- Boxy is two numbers, not a feelingBody width and shoulder drop are what separate a boxy tee from a classic one. Both are written into your spec before anything is cut, so "oversized" stops being a guess.
- Pre-shrunk before the pattern is cutThe fit is specced off the washed sample, so the measurement you get after the first wash is the one on your size chart — not the one on the hanger.
- Side-seamed or tubular, your callSide seams give a tailored fit and use more cloth; tubular is economical and reads looser. You choose before sampling rather than discovering it in the box.
- 140 to 240+ GSM off one blockA soft everyday tee and a structured heavyweight come off the same pattern, so a range holds its fit as the weight changes.
From 30 pieces per design, at least six per colour — one full size run — so up to five colours fit in a 30-piece order. You start with a single-piece sample and approve it before you commit. A set counts as one piece, never two.

How do you know we're the factory and not a middleman?
You deal directly with the people who cut and sew your order — one floor in Sialkot, no agent between you and it. Before you commit, see the factory on a live video call: your camera, your questions, no script. Payment is staged 40/30/30 (50/50 on runs under 30 pieces) against proof at every stage, with a fix-or-hold remedy if something's off.

140–180 GSM is a standard soft tee; 220–240+ GSM reads as heavyweight and premium. The sample, in about 7 days, settles the feel.
Combed ring-spun is smoother and stronger for printing; carded is more economical. We’ll sample both if you’re deciding.
We pre-shrink and bio-wash to control shrinkage, and spec the fit off the washed sample so bulk matches what you approve.
No, and nobody cutting and sewing from scratch honestly does. Our minimum is 30 pieces per style, which is among the lowest real minimums in cut-and-sew — most factories start at 300. What you can order as a single piece is a sample: one tee made to your spec, about 7 days, quoted and paid separately, so you can hold it before committing to 30. Sites advertising “no minimum” are almost always printing on blanks someone else made, which is a different product.
Screen printing wins on bold graphics and bigger runs; DTG suits photographic detail and small runs. We match technique to your art and quantity.
No. We quote DDP — freight, duty, VAT and carrier fees are paid before the parcel lands, each on its own line. We re-check rates for every quote, and re-quote if duty law changes before dispatch.
About ±5% is normal mill variance. A 20–30% drop is a different roll, not variance. We weigh a swatch from your bulk roll and share the number beside your sample's before anything is cut.
If a mill, fabric or line ever changes between runs, you're told first and approve a re-sample before bulk.
