How an exact colour becomes a process.

You give us the colour to hit: a Pantone code, a physical swatch, or a garment you want matched. This is the target every later step is measured against.
We dye small fabric strips to the target and send them to you. You compare them in your own light and approve the one that’s right — or ask us to push it warmer, deeper, cleaner. Nothing bulk is dyed until this is signed off.
Your whole run is dyed together against the approved dip, in one lot. Because it’s one lot to one approved target, sets match, sleeves match, and next year’s reorder chases the same record.
