Wearable Apparels manufactures custom activewear in Sialkot, Pakistan — training tees, leggings, shorts and gym jerseys in four-way-stretch, moisture-wicking knits, closed with 4-needle 6-thread flatlock so the seams sit flat against skin. Every legging sample is squat-tested on video before you approve it. From 30 pieces per style, with a sample in about 7 days before bulk.

- Squat-tested on video before you approveThe legging sample is put under stress on camera, so opacity is something you watch rather than something you are told.
- 200 GSM and 12% spandex is the lineBelow that a legging goes sheer under stretch. The threshold is stated up front instead of left for you to find in the sample.
- Seams that lie flush against skin4-needle 6-thread flatlock at the stress seams, so nothing ridges under a waistband through a session.
- No woven tag against the skinHeat-transfer or bonded labels, because a stitched tag is the first thing a wearer cuts out.
From 30 pieces per design, at least six per colour — one full size run — so up to five colours fit in a 30-piece order. You start with a single-piece sample and approve it before you commit.

88/12 polyester-spandex at 200–220 GSM — wicks, takes sublimation at full saturation, and recovers its shape.
Squat-proof knit
200 GSM and up with 12% spandex — opaque under stretch, the fabric leggings and tights need.
Nylon-spandex
A softer hand with strong four-way stretch, for a second-skin feel.
Breathable mesh
Engineered mesh zones placed where the body vents heat.
Compression knit
Higher-tension knit that holds shape and supports through a session.

Kit that gets worn weekly rather than once comes down to the seams and the panels — comfort you feel but don't see. Locked on the sample before any bulk is cut.

Sublimation, heat-transfer vinyl, embroidery and reflective trim
Sublimation
The primary method — dyes the fiber, so color runs edge to edge and moves with the stretch without cracking. Needs a polyester-dominant fabric.
Heat-transfer vinyl
Names, numbers, and tonal marks that flex with the garment.
Embroidery
Small, stable logos on lower-stretch panels — kept off high-flex zones.
Reflective details
Heat-applied reflective trims for low-light training.
DTF
Small full-color hits on stable panels, used sparingly on high-stretch fabric.
Sublimation is almost always the right call on performance fabric — send the artwork and we'll confirm before you commit anything.

Send your idea, tech pack or a garment you own — a real person replies within 24 hours. Approve a single-piece sample in about 7 days; bulk runs 3–4 weeks after approval; DDP delivery lands in 4–7 days.

Fabric & weight, construction, decoration, quantity and trims & private label set your price. Every quote is DDP — freight, duty and VAT itemised — and a real spec gets a reply within 24 hours.
How do you know we're the factory and not a middleman?
You deal directly with the people who cut and sew your order — one floor in Sialkot, no agent between you and it. Before you commit, see the factory on a live video call: your camera, your questions, no script. Payment is staged 40/30/30 (50/50 on runs under 30 pieces) against proof at every stage, with a fix-or-hold remedy if something's off.
