Is Wearable Apparels a real factory, or an agent?

How do I verify the business exists?

What's the minimum order?

30 pieces per style. You can mix sizes and colours within a style, and each design counts toward its own 30.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes — a single-piece sample in about 7 days. Samples are charged; the price is quoted with your specs. Most buyers start there, and we recommend it.

How does payment work — and what protects me?

40% on order confirmation, 30% when production starts, 30% before shipment, by bank wire (letter of credit on larger orders). Each stage is tied to proof you can see, and if something doesn't match your approved sample, we fix it or hold the payment until it's right.

Do you ship to the USA, UK, Europe and Canada?

Yes — worldwide, 4–7 days after production. Quotes are DDP: freight, duty and VAT itemised, so the price you approve is the price at your door.

How do I know bulk will match the sample?

Your approved sample is the reference the whole run is checked against, and colourfastness is tested at PNAC-accredited labs (TTI, SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) to AATCC 61/15 — with the report issued in your name. Fabric weight can vary ±5% GSM; that's normal mill variance, and we say so up front.

Can you dye a custom fabric colour at 30 pieces?

Yes — custom-dyed fabric is available even at MOQ 30, with a lab dip you approve before bulk is dyed.

How long does a first order take, end to end?

Sample in about 7 days; bulk production 3–4 weeks after you approve it; delivery 4–7 days. Most first orders land 5–8 weeks after the spec is final.

I'm a first-time brand with no tech pack — can you work with me?

Yes. Send a sketch, a reference garment or photos; we build the tech pack and pattern with you before sampling, and you approve it before anything is cut.

Do you do blanks, labels and packaging?

Yes — plain performance blanks for decorators, and full private-label finishing: woven labels, hangtags and polymailers, nothing of ours on the garment.

When are you closed, and how fast do you reply?

We reply within 24 hours. The unit is closed Sundays, on Eid and on national holidays. Your patterns and files are kept for 2 years, so reorders match.
