Custom Workwear & Work Shirt Manufacturer
Your logo embroidered to a placement you approve on a real sample, on fabric weighed and shown to you before anything is cut. From 30 per style.
From 30 per style
For companies & crews
Made on our own floor
We make custom workwear for companies and crews — button-up work shirts, construction and mechanic shirts, dri-fit uniform shirts and workwear tees — cut and sewn on our own floor in Sialkot, with your company logo embroidered or printed to a placement you sign off on a sample first.
Just share your idea. We review it and propose next steps within 24 hours.
From 30 pieces per style, split across sizes however your crew needs — and you approve a single-piece sample before you commit. Adding names or a second logo placement does not raise the minimum.
Samples in about 7 days. Bulk production runs 3–4 weeks after you approve the pre-production sample. Worldwide shipping 4–7 days. Exact dates are quoted per order.
Full size ranges in one order, against your minimum. Your pattern, colour standard and logo files stay on our floor for two years, so next year's intake matches the crew you kitted this year.
Silhouettes
Start with the garment.
Each one runs in any of the fabrics in the next section, and carries your logo by whichever method suits that fabric and that placement.
Work Shirts
Button-up twill and poplin — pockets, plackets and name patches to your spec.

Workwear is sized for a working body, not a fit model — people bend, reach and wear layers underneath. Send us the shirt your crew wears now and we measure the size range off it, so the new order fits the people who already have an opinion about the old one.
Ripstop and canvas-weight cotton blends, built for a rough job and a hot wash.

The standard button-up work shirt cloth — tight weave, holds a press, takes embroidery cleanly.
Ripstop
Grid-reinforced weave that stops a small tear becoming a big one. Worth it where the job snags.
Cotton-poly blend
The poly content is what stops a tee going shapeless after repeated hot washes. The higher the wash temperature, the more you want.
Wicking knit
Four-way stretch polyester that moves sweat off the skin. Right where people work hard outdoors; unnecessary where they do not.
Canvas-weight cotton
Heavier, stiffer, breaks in over time. For crews who would rather have a shirt that lasts than one that feels soft on day one.
Hi-vis cloth & reflective tape
Fluorescent yellow or orange with reflective tape applied where you want it. Good for being seen on a warehouse floor or an events crew — it is not certified safety wear, and we say so on the quote as well as here.
Fabric weight is quoted in GSM, and about ±5% variation between rolls is normal mill variance — a 20–30% drop is a different roll, not variance. We weigh a swatch from your bulk roll and share the number beside your sample's before anything is cut.
The default on workwear. Embroidered work shirts survive industrial washing where a print eventually cracks or lifts, because the mark is stitched into the cloth rather than sitting on it. We digitise your file and stitch a sample first.
Screen print
Best value on larger runs and big back placements on cotton. Sharp, flat, and cheap per piece once the screens exist.
DTF transfer
Full colour and fine detail on small runs, and it sits well on knits where screen print struggles.
Name patches
Woven or embroidered patches for names, roles and company marks — replaceable when people change.
Heat transfer
For wicking fabrics that will not take a conventional print cleanly.
Send your logo and we will tell you which method we would use on each garment and why — including when the cheaper method is the better one. You approve the placement on a physical sample before the run.
Pocket corners, plackets and sleeve openings — the places that go first on a working shirt.
Double-needle seams
Two rows of stitching where a single row would eventually give.
Pre-shrunk before cutting
So the after-wash size matches the size on your chart, not the one on the hanger.
Shoulder taping
Keeps the neckline from stretching out on tees pulled on and off all day.
Pattern on file
Your spec kept on our own floor, so next year's intake is cut to the same standard.
Colour standard held
Your approved colour recorded, so a reorder does not arrive a shade off the shirts already on the crew.
The point of workwear construction is unglamorous: it should still be wearable after a year of the treatment a working week gives it. That is a build decision made before the first stitch, not a finish applied afterwards.
Talk to the founder, approve the sample, then we make it.
Send your idea, tech pack or a garment you own — a real person replies within 24 hours. Approve a single-piece sample in about 7 days; bulk runs 3–4 weeks after approval; DDP delivery lands in 4–7 days.
Fabric & weight, construction, decoration, quantity and trims & private label set your price. Every quote is DDP — freight, duty and VAT itemised — and a real spec gets a reply within 24 hours.
You deal directly with the people who cut and sew your order — one floor in Sialkot, no agent between you and it. Before you commit, see the factory on a live video call: your camera, your questions, no script. Payment is staged 40/30/30 against proof at every stage, with a fix-or-hold remedy if something's off.
30 pieces per style, split across sizes however your crew needs. Each colourway counts as its own style. You approve a single-piece sample before any bulk commitment, and adding names or a second logo placement does not raise the minimum.
Yes, and on workwear it is usually the right choice — stitching survives industrial washing where a print eventually cracks or lifts. We digitise your logo, stitch it on a sample, and you approve the placement and stitch density before the run starts.
Tightly woven twill or ripstop for button-up shirts, and a heavier cotton-poly for tees — the polyester content is what stops them going shapeless after repeated hot washes. Tell us the job and we will recommend a weight, then weigh a swatch from your bulk roll so you can check it against the sample.
We can sew high-visibility styling — fluorescent yellow or orange cloth with reflective tape applied where you want it — and that is the right thing for a warehouse floor, an events crew or a volunteer team who need to be seen. What we do not supply is certified safety wear: we are not an ANSI/ISEA 107 hi-vis or NFPA 2112 flame-resistant supplier, and we will not label a garment as though we were. If your workers are legally required to wear certified hi-vis or FR clothing, buy it from a supplier who can hand you the mill certificate and the compliance label — that is a safety matter, not a sourcing preference, and we would rather tell you now than take the order.
The job they do. These work shirts are built for a hard job and a hot wash — twill and ripstop, reinforced seams, heavier cloth. Our polos, quarter-zips and button-downs are the front-of-house layer, in softer fabrics with a cleaner finish. If your company needs both, we make both on the same floor and hold them to the same colour standard.
Yes — custom dri fit shirts in moisture-wicking four-way stretch knits, as tees, long sleeves and polo-collar uniform shirts. They cost more than cotton and earn it where people sweat through a shift. Where they do not, a cotton-poly tee wears better for less, and we will tell you so.
About 7 days for a sample from an approved spec. Bulk production runs 3–4 weeks after you approve the pre-production sample, plus 4–7 days shipping. Exact dates are quoted per order.
No. We are a cut-and-sew factory, not a decorating shop — we make the garment and decorate it in the same place, which is what lets us hold the colour, the fit and the logo to one standard. If you only need decoration on existing blanks, a local print shop will serve you better and cost less.
No. We quote DDP: freight, duty, VAT and carrier fees are paid before the parcel lands, and each is shown as a separate line on your quote. Rates change, so we re-check them before every quote rather than publishing a number that goes stale. If destination duty law changes between quote and dispatch, we re-quote before shipping.
About ±5% is normal mill variance. A 20–30% drop is a different roll, not variance. We weigh a swatch from your bulk roll and share the number beside your sample's before anything is cut.
Your patterns, size spec, colour standard, fabric GSM, trims and print files stay on file for two years, and reorders are cut from that file. If a mill, fabric or line ever changes, you are told first and you approve a re-sample before bulk.
