From 30 pieces per design, at least six per colour — one full size run — so up to five colours fit in a 30-piece order. You start with a single-piece sample and approve it before you commit. Names and numbers do not raise the minimum.
Samples in about 7 days. Bulk production runs 3–4 weeks after you approve the sample. Worldwide shipping 4–7 days. Exact dates are quoted per order.
Youth through 5XL in one order, jersey and pant graded together so a player who fits the shirt fits the trouser. Both blocks stay on file for next season.

Baseball is a two-garment problem: the placket and shoulder on the jersey, the inseam and knee on the pant. Send us a set your team wears now and we draft both to match.

Different fabrics take dye differently, so a shared colour across jersey and pants does not always land exactly — we'll say so rather than hope. Sample in about 7 days.

Classic two-colour

The traditional away set: heather or solid grey body, team colour on placket, piping and lettering.

Solid or sublimated colour edge to edge, including sleeves and shoulders — only possible on sublimation-ready poly.
Piping & placket contrast
Contrast piping down the placket, sleeve and side seam, in a third colour if you want one.
Matched across garments
The same colour on the jersey, the pant and the cap — which is a lab-dip question, not a wish. Add one on a bulk order and it is settled before cutting.
Send a Pantone reference, a photo, or the jersey you wear now. Colour across separate lots and different fabrics is the thing that most often goes wrong on a team kit, so you see the match on your own sample before bulk rather than hoping it lands, and on a larger run the pieces can be dyed to one colour instead of matched. Your approved colour is then held on file for the reorder.

Baseball reorders fail at the pant, not the jersey: a heavier poly that has drifted half a shade is obvious next to last year's. The pant block and the lot reference stay here for that reason.

Fabric & weight, construction, decoration, quantity and trims & private label set your price. Every quote is DDP — freight, duty and VAT itemised — and a real spec gets a reply within 24 hours.
How do you know we're the factory and not a middleman?
You deal directly with the people who cut and sew your order — one floor in Sialkot, no agent between you and it. Before you commit, see the factory on a live video call: your camera, your questions, no script. Payment is staged 40/30/30 (50/50 on runs under 30 pieces) against proof at every stage, with a fix-or-hold remedy if something's off.

Tackle-twill is the classic stitched-on look and holds up for years; sublimation dyes names and numbers into the fibre with no added weight. We'll sample either — many teams run twill on the back and sublimation elsewhere.
Both — full-button plackets for the traditional look, or a two-button/pullover for a lighter kit. You approve the placket and buttons on the sample.
No online builder — a person draws it. Send a sketch, a photo of a jersey you like, your logo, or just a description of what you want, and we draft the design and send you a mockup showing your colours, lettering and numbers in place. You change it until it is right, then we make a single physical sample before any bulk. For a 30-piece team order that is more useful than a clipart tool: a drag-and-drop designer cannot tell you that your two colours will not match across jersey and pant fabric, and we can.
Yes — embroidered caps and reinforced baseball pants, matched to the jersey on the same floor. Pants come with belt loops and elastic or open hems.

No. We quote DDP — freight, duty, VAT and carrier fees are paid before the parcel lands, each on its own line. We re-check rates for every quote, and re-quote if duty law changes before dispatch.
If a mill, fabric or line ever changes between runs, you're told first and approve a re-sample before bulk.
