Payment & trust
Payment is 40% to confirm, 30% once you have seen your order being cut and sewn, and 30% after the finished run passes QC, before it ships — by bank wire, each stage tied to production proof. It is the standard, safe way international manufacturing is paid for, not something unusual we invented. Our minimum is 30 pieces per style, and we do take shorter runs case by case; on those it is two stages instead — 50% to confirm and 50% before shipment — for the same reason: a run that short has no meaningful midpoint to bill against. This is the same page we'd send you before asking for a single dollar.
The payment structure
This isn't a favor — it's the whole point of splitting payment into three stages. After the first deposit, every further payment is gated behind proof of your own order in production.
Your fabric is bought, dyed to spec, and cutting begins on our floor.
Before you pay: Due when you confirm your bulk order. Most buyers approve a paid sample first — a real, made garment, not a photo — and we recommend it: start with a sample and nothing is due on bulk until you've held and approved it.
Production continues through sewing and assembly.
Before you pay: Billed only after we send photos or video of your specific order actually being cut and sewn — your fabric, your colors, on our floor, not stock imagery. Not "halfway done" on our word — you see it.
Your order is packed and handed to the courier.
Before you pay: Billed only after finished-goods photos or a QC video of the completed, packed run, so you see exactly what's shipping before it leaves our floor.

We are a registered Pakistani sole proprietorship, based in Sialkot.
Any third-party inspector is welcome on our floor before you pay the balance. On a 30-piece run they check all 30 against defect definitions agreed before cutting — not a sample of the sample.

If something's wrong
Because payments are tied to production proof, your risk at any point is capped at what you've already confirmed — never more. If the in-production photos or the finished-goods video don't match what was agreed on your approved sample, tell us before that stage's payment goes out: we fix it or hold the payment until it's right. We share live photos and video from mockup to packing, and you can request a video call at any point in the run, not just at the three checkpoints above.
For a specific order, put anything unusual — return shipping, partial-run remakes, timeline penalties — in writing before you pay the first deposit, the same way you would with any manufacturer anywhere.
