Wearable Apparels makes custom varsity and letterman jackets in Sialkot, Pakistan — wool-blend melton bodies with leather or rib-knit sleeves, chenille letters and embroidered backs — proportioned to your own body length against the rib band rather than a stock block. Snap spacing is set on a sample you hold. From 30 pieces per style, sampled in about 7 days before bulk.

From 30 pieces per design, at least six per colour — one full size run — so up to five colours fit in a 30-piece order. You start with a single-piece sample and approve it before you commit. A set counts as one piece, never two.
Samples in about 7 days. Bulk production runs 3–4 weeks after you approve the sample — outerwear sits toward the longer end. Worldwide shipping 4–7 days. Exact dates are quoted per order.

Varsity proportion is set by body length against the rib band — get that wrong and the whole jacket looks borrowed. Send us one you like and we draft the body, sleeves and snap spacing from it.

How long does a custom order take, start to finish?
Send your idea, tech pack or a garment you own — a real person replies within 24 hours. Approve a single-piece sample in about 7 days; bulk runs 3–4 weeks after approval; DDP delivery lands in 4–7 days.
What actually sets your price?
Fabric & weight, construction, decoration, quantity and trims & private label set your price. Every quote is DDP — freight, duty and VAT itemised — and a real spec gets a reply within 24 hours.
How do you know we're the factory and not a middleman?
You deal directly with the people who cut and sew your order — one floor in Sialkot, no agent between you and it. Before you commit, see the factory on a live video call: your camera, your questions, no script. Payment is staged 40/30/30 (50/50 on runs under 30 pieces) against proof at every stage, with a fix-or-hold remedy if something's off.

None — they’re two names for the same jacket: a wool-blend melton body with contrast sleeves, ribbed trims, and chenille or embroidered lettering. We build both under either name.
Yes — raised chenille letters, numbers and back-patches, plus embroidery and woven or leather patches. Send your artwork and we match it to the melton.
Yes. Rib-knit or wool-blend sleeves give an all-wool look; genuine or PU leather gives the classic contrast. We’ll sample the one you want.
From 30 pieces per design. There’s no hard minimum to start — we make a single-piece sample first. Colours share the 30, at least six pieces per colour (one full size run).
Send it to us. We measure it, spec the melton, sleeves and trims, and quote against the real thing — then sample it before any bulk run.
No. We quote DDP — freight, duty, VAT and carrier fees are paid before the parcel lands, each on its own line. We re-check rates for every quote, and re-quote if duty law changes before dispatch.
