Wearable Apparels cuts and sews custom hoodies on its own floor in Sialkot, Pakistan — pullover, zip-up, oversized and cropped, in brushed fleece or French terry at 320–500+ GSM, embroidered or printed in the same building. From 30 pieces per style, with a single-piece sample in about 7 days that you approve first.

- Two-panel hood lies flat, three-panel standsThe hood is a decision, not a default. Two panels sit against the back; three hold their shape on their own. You pick before sampling.
- Rib that still grips after the fifth wash2×2 or 1×1 cuff and hem rib, spandex-blended, so the cuff comes back to shape instead of bagging out.
- Drawcord tips specified, not assumedFlat or round cord, metal-tipped or self-fabric, approved on the sample you hold before any bulk is cut.
- 450–500+ GSM if you want it heavyWeight is yours to set. Heavyweight fleece holds a boxy drape that 320 GSM will not, and both are made on the same floor.
From 30 pieces per design, at least six per colour — one full size run — so up to five colours fit in a 30-piece order. You start with a single-piece sample and approve it before you commit. A set counts as one piece, never two.
Samples in about 7 days. Bulk production runs 3–4 weeks after you approve the sample. Worldwide shipping 4–7 days. Exact dates are quoted per order.

The colour on the hoodie is a screen preview. The shade you approve is the one on your sample. Screens lie to everyone. The colour is matched on the sample you approve before bulk — daylight photographs with your reference in the same frame, video as the fabric turns, or a live call. Your own Pantone can be matched in fabric we can source, or dyed to your colour from 100 pieces in one shade.

Hood & drawcords
Two- or three-panel hood; flat or round cords, metal-tipped or self-fabric — or no cord and no eyelets for a clean hood. Dropped-shoulder and boxy cuts are standard patterns, from 30 pieces.
Pockets
Kangaroo, split-pouch or zip-secured; welt pockets on request.
Ribbing
2×2 or 1×1 rib at cuff and hem, spandex-blended to hold its shape.
Zips & hardware
YKK or equivalent, custom pullers, tonal or contrast tape.
Seams & stitching
Coverstitch, flatlock or double-needle; bar-tacks at the stress points.
Labels & tags

What actually sets your price?
Fabric & weight, construction, decoration, quantity and trims & private label set your price. Every quote is DDP — freight, duty and VAT itemised — and a real spec gets a reply within 24 hours.
How do you know we're the factory and not a middleman?
You deal directly with the people who cut and sew your order — one floor in Sialkot, no agent between you and it. Before you commit, see the factory on a live video call: your camera, your questions, no script. Payment is staged 40/30/30 (50/50 on runs under 30 pieces) against proof at every stage, with a fix-or-hold remedy if something's off.

From 30 pieces per design. There’s no hard minimum to start — we make single-piece samples first, and a set (like a tracksuit) counts as one piece against the minimum.
Brushed fleece is soft and warm inside; French terry is a smoother mid-weight loopback that layers year-round. We’ll sample both if you’re deciding.

Yes, when the technique matches the fabric. Send your artwork first; we choose embroidery, screen print, DTF or puff so it holds run after run.
No. We quote DDP — freight, duty, VAT and carrier fees are paid before the parcel lands, each on its own line. We re-check rates for every quote, and re-quote if duty law changes before dispatch.
About ±5% is normal mill variance. A 20–30% drop is a different roll, not variance. We weigh a swatch from your bulk roll and share the number beside your sample's before anything is cut.
If a mill, fabric or line ever changes between runs, you're told first and approve a re-sample before bulk.
Ask to see the floor. A factory can put you on a live video call from the room where your order would be cut; a reseller offers photos, a catalogue spanning unrelated categories, or a visit “later”. Ask what they can’t make, too — a real floor has limits. You can book a call here before paying anything.
Yes. Blank hoodies are cut and sewn to your spec with no decoration — your fabric, your fit, blank neck or your own woven label. That isn’t reselling stock blanks: the garment is still made to your pattern. From 30 pieces per style, same as decorated runs.
Start with one style and one or two colours, not a range. The minimum is 30 pieces per style, and each colour needs six pieces — one full size run — so up to five colours fit inside a 30-piece order. A single-piece sample takes about seven days; bulk runs 3–4 weeks after you approve it.
