Wearable Apparels sews custom basketball uniforms in Sialkot, Pakistan — sublimated jerseys and shorts in one squad colour, with a different name and number on every piece and side panels cut to your own pattern. From 30 sets per design, sampled in about 7 days before the run is cut.

- A straight answer on dark kitsSublimation only shows on white or light poly. A black kit is printed full-panel or decorated on a dark base — we tell you which before you sample.
- Warm-ups off the same colour standardSideline fleece and hoodies matched to the game jersey from the same standard, not eyeballed against a photo.
- You choose the hand on a swatchOpen performance knit for airflow, interlock for a denser and more premium jersey. Swatch first, then a sample you hold.
From 30 pieces per design, at least six per colour — one full size run — so up to five colours fit in a 30-piece order. You start with a single-piece sample and approve it before you commit. Names and numbers do not raise the minimum.
Samples in about 7 days. Bulk production runs 3–4 weeks after you approve the sample. Worldwide shipping 4–7 days. Exact dates are quoted per order.
Youth through 5XL in one order — a squad is never one size, and armhole depth is graded with the body rather than scaled off it. The pattern stays on file for next season.

Basketball fit is armhole depth against body length — too tight and it rides up on a jump, too long and it drags. Send us a kit that works and we take both off it.

A basketball kit is judged on the replacement, not the first order — the jersey bought in February has to sit beside the one from October. That is what keeping the pattern and the colour standard here is for.

How long does a custom order take, start to finish?
Send your idea, tech pack or a kit you own — a real person replies within 24 hours. Approve a single-piece sample in about 7 days; bulk runs 3–4 weeks after approval; DDP delivery lands in 4–7 days. Names & numbers included.
What actually sets your price?
Fabric & weight, construction, decoration, quantity and trims & private label set your price. Every quote is DDP — freight, duty and VAT itemised — and a real spec gets a reply within 24 hours.
How do you know we're the factory and not a middleman?
You deal directly with the people who cut and sew your order — one floor in Sialkot, no agent between you and it. Before you commit, see the factory on a live video call: your camera, your questions, no script. Payment is staged 40/30/30 (50/50 on runs under 30 pieces) against proof at every stage, with a fix-or-hold remedy if something's off.

Yes — dyed into the fibre so they run edge to edge and won't peel or crack. We can also do stitched tackle-twill numbers if you want the traditional raised look.
Sublimation gives edge-to-edge colour and graphics with no weight; cut-and-sew gives panelled colour-blocking and a structured feel. We'll sample the one that fits your design.
From 30 pieces per design, and each jersey can carry a different name and number at the same price — personalisation doesn't raise the minimum. Mix youth through 5XL in one order.
Yes. Give us the colour references and we match them on the sample; a shared colour across different fabrics does not always land exactly, and we'll flag that up front rather than hope.
Yes — shooting shirts, warm-up jackets and pants and sideline hoodies, all matched to the game kit on the same floor.
Yes. Give us the date, we plan backwards with a buffer and put the target ship date in your order confirmation. If a date slips you are told as soon as we know, with the reason and a revised date, not after you chase.
No. Only yours.
No. We quote DDP — freight, duty, VAT and carrier fees are paid before the parcel lands, each on its own line. We re-check rates for every quote, and re-quote if duty law changes before dispatch.
If a mill, fabric or line ever changes between runs, you're told first and approve a re-sample before bulk.
