What does a custom sportswear manufacturer make?

Can you make streetwear, activewear and uniforms in one order?

Yes — that’s the point of one floor. We match fabrics, colours and labels across the whole range, and each design counts toward its own minimum of 30 pieces.

What fabrics do you use for sportswear?

Brushed fleece and French terry for hoodies and crews, combed cotton and blends for tees, moisture-wicking four-way stretch for activewear, and wool-blend melton for varsity outerwear. Tell us the use; the sample settles the fabric.

What is the minimum order for custom sportswear?

30 pieces per design, split across sizes however you like. Each colourway and each garment counts as its own design — and you approve a single-piece sample before any bulk.

Do you private-label sportswear?

Yes — full private label across every garment: your woven neck labels, printed tags, hang tags and packaging, nothing of ours.
