The classic polo cloth. Textured, breathable, and stable enough that the collar keeps its shape through repeated washing.
Cotton jersey
Smoother and softer than pique, with more drape. Reads less formal, wears more comfortably.
Wicking knit
Four-way stretch polyester with a polo collar, for staff outdoors. Right on a course or a forecourt; unnecessary at a desk.
Fleece-back knit
The quarter-zip standard — brushed inside for warmth, flat and clean outside so embroidery sits square.
Oxford & poplin
Yarn-dyed woven cloth for button-downs. Oxford has visible basketweave and more body; poplin is smoother and lighter.
Fabric weight is quoted in GSM, and about ±5% variation between rolls is normal mill variance — a 20–30% drop is a different roll, not variance. We weigh a swatch from your bulk roll and share the number beside your sample's before anything is cut.
Embroidery that sits flat, square, and the same every time.
Left-chest embroidery
The default placement. We digitise your file, stitch it on a sample, and you approve the size, position and density before the run.
Sleeve & collar stand
Secondary placements for a second mark, a location, or a year — common on custom quarter zip pullovers and on button up shirts.
Back yoke
Larger embroidery across the upper back, where a chest mark would be too big.
Heat transfer
For wicking knits where a needle would perforate the fabric or a conventional print would not hold.
Woven & printed labels
Your own neck labels, size tags and hangtags — nothing of ours in the finished garment.
Embroidery is the whole job on this kind of garment: a logo half a centimetre off centre is the thing people notice across a desk. We stitch it on a real sample and you sign it off before anything runs.
Ribbed and set correctly on a polo, interlined on a button-down. A collapsed collar is what makes cheap corporate wear look cheap.

Taped neck seam
Stops the neckline stretching out on garments pulled on and off daily.

Not for production — our minimum is 30 pieces per style, which is among the lowest in cut-and-sew. What you can order as a single piece is a sample: one polo made to your exact spec, about 7 days, quoted and paid separately, so you can hold it before committing to 30. Suppliers advertising genuinely no minimum are decorating blanks someone else made, which is a different product from a garment cut to your pattern.
Yes, and it is the usual choice on this kind of garment — embroidered button up shirts read as company clothing in a way a print does not. We digitise your logo, stitch it on a sample, and you approve the placement, size and stitch density before the run. Left chest, sleeve, collar stand and back yoke are all standard placements.
The job they do. Polos, quarter-zips and button-downs are the front-of-house layer — softer fabrics, a cleaner finish, embroidery that has to look sharp across a desk. Our workwear shirts are built for a hard job and a hot wash: twill and ripstop, reinforced seams, heavier cloth. If your company needs both, we make both on the same floor and hold them to the same colour standard.

No. We are a cut-and-sew factory, not a decorating shop — we make the garment and stitch it in the same place, which is what lets us hold the fit, the colour and the logo to one standard across reorders. If you only need embroidery on existing blanks, a local embroidery shop will serve you better and cost less.
No. We quote DDP: freight, duty, VAT and carrier fees are paid before the parcel lands, and each is shown as a separate line on your quote. Rates change, so we re-check them before every quote rather than publishing a number that goes stale. If destination duty law changes between quote and dispatch, we re-quote before shipping.
