A binding agreement is formed only when we and you confirm the specifics of an order in writing (specification, price, quantity, delivery terms).

Quotes and orders

Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and are valid for the period stated. Final pricing depends on your approved sample, final specification, order quantity, and shipping method. Orders proceed on our standard terms: production begins after a 50% deposit, with the balance due before shipment, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Your content

When you send designs, artwork, logos, or tech packs, you confirm you have the right to use them and to have them produced. You keep ownership of your designs — they stay yours, and we do not resell or reuse them. You’re responsible for ensuring your designs don’t infringe anyone else’s intellectual property.

The text, layout, and images on this site are ours or used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our consent.

Limits

We work hard to get every order right, and our quality checks catch most issues before shipment. To the extent allowed by law, the website is provided “as is”, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
